Competition fees will be charged in 3 equal payments – Due October 1, November 1, December 1, 2026. Competition fees not paid in full by each due date will result in a late fee, and class suspension until fees have been paid. If competition fees are not paid in full by the December 1st deadline, dancers will be removed from the routine entirely, forefiting all fees paid up to that point. A 4th reconciliation payment may be charged once all competitions have been invoiced, should any additional fees be discovered on final paperwork. This does not include Provincial Finals - these fees will be invoiced separately based on the routines selected. *Competition fees are non-refundable*

Additional Fees for Company/Mo'Mentum Dancers

Company Jacket (REQUIRED for all Company/Mo'Mentum dancers) - $135 – Due on Order – Order will be placed in October. *Jacket orders are non-refundable.

Guest Choreography Fees – Cost will vary by choreographer.

Summer Choreography Fees

Late Fees

A $20 late fee will be applied to any accounts with outstanding tuition fees on the 2nd of the month.

An additional $20 late fee will be applied on the 15th of the month if tuition fees still have not been paid.

Late payment on Costume and Competition fees will be subject to a 10% late fee on outstanding amounts.

If an account remains unpaid for 30 days, your dancer will no longer be able to participate in class until arrangements are made to clear your account.

Policies:

All accounts require a Credit Card on file – even if you have chosen a different method of payment for tuition. THIS APPLIES TO ALL FAMILIES, INCLUDING THOSE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A CARD ON FILE IN THE PAST.
Fees are based upon a yearly rate and for your convenience are divided into ten equal monthly payments. Your Monthly tuition is the same in September, as it is in December and March. Your yearly tuition is based on class time, rehearsals, community events, extra lessons etc. Regardless of the number of weeks in a month, the tuition remains the same over the 10 month period out of convenience. Classes not in session due to holidays, competition closures, etc. are already accounted for and will not be credited.
Classes cancelled due to extreme weather, power outages and circumstances beyond our control will be forfeited. Classes cancelled by the studio will make every effort to be rescheduled, but are not guaranteed. Competitive classes may be rescheduled throughout the season as an extra rehearsal before a performance. If the studio is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control (ex: Global Pandemic, Act of God) no fees of any kind will be refunded.
To withdraw a student from a class requires one month written notice (email is preferred) of this intent before the 1st day of the last month attending. Refunds will not be given for the remainder of the month regardless of the student’s attendance. No withdrawals after March 1st, unless there is a Doctors note providing proof that the student is not fit to continue dancing.
Our Studio is a Licensed childcare facility. It is important to note that during Daycare hours, only qualified licensed employees and students enrolled in our program are allowed inside the building.
If a dancer is unable to attend a competition or performance due to injury, they must lend their costume to a suitable replacement.
If a competitive dancer misses more than 3 choreography classes, they are required to schedule a make up private lesson with that teacher at their expense within 2 weeks of the 3rd missed class.
The only acceptable excuse to miss a competition is an injury or severe illness (obviously genuine reasons accepted at the discretion of the studio). Competition dates are available far enough in advance to plan holidays around, and time off work. *If you cannot commit to ALL scheduled competitions – please choose a less competitive option for this season.*
Xtreme Talent Dance Company reserves the right to use photos and videos of all registered dancers for publication, social media, and advertising. *If this is an issue due to custody issues etc. please contact the office directly.
WhatsApp is used for company communication purposes. Competitive families should plan to create an account if you don’t already have one.

I recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to dance and dance training and I fully assume those risks. I hereby release Xtreme Talent Dance Company, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while attending or participating in any dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xtreme Talent Dance Company, employees and dance teachers for liabilities, costs and judgments arising from acts of omissions committed by me or my child which result in injury or damage to any person or property.
