May 2nd, 2025
(THE LATE FEE IS $20 per head in addition to the regular entry fees if submitted after May 2nd)
The entry fee is $40.00 per head for the Western Regional Show.
There is a separate entry fee of $20.00 per head for those eligible to show as Bred & Owned.
All animals must be registered with the American Gelbvieh Association prior to entry and form must be completed with the animal’s AMGV#.
In order to participate Juniors must have an AGJA membership in good standing (AGJA dues and 2025 Herd Assessment paid)
To satisfy ownership requirements animals entered must be owned by the AGJA member or an immediate family member as of the entry date.
In order to show an animal as Bred and Owned, the dam of the animal must have been solely owned by the AGJA member (not the family) at the time of breeding.
Bedding will be furnished, but you are allowed to bring extra. NO straw will be allowed.
All cattle need to be in place – on the Fairgrounds - by 8:30 am Saturday morning. If you will be arriving on the grounds after 8:00 pm Friday, please let the show committee know by calling Rustin Brooks at 785-410-8089.
We expect to have enough stall space in the barns for everyone. However, tying to / fitting at trailers will be allowed. The Exhibitor WILL BE REQUIRED to clean up their bedding themselves IF NOT tied into the barn stall space.
Wash racks will be available, space is limited.
There should be adequate power in the barns but you are encouraged to bring a generator if you can.
