What replenishment frequency would you prefer
What will your allowance/allotment amount be? Example: Allowance is $250 per quarter. Example: Allotment will be Five shirts, Five pants, 1 pair of boots.
Any special instructions regarding allowance/allotment? Example: Quarter three and four allowance will increase from $250 to $350.
Please note: Allowance can be adjusted at an employee level within your admin portal. This is great for when you have employees with a varity or roles. Example: Hydrovac crews need better quality rain gear so they will be allowed more money for their allowance or office personal is allowed a smaller allowance based on their needs.
Will you allow a rollover. This will allow an employees unused balance to roll over to the next quarter.
If Yes, will the rollover amount be the entire amount or a set limit? Example: Rollover is set to a maximum amount of $100.
Any other special instructions regarding rollover? Example: Rollover resets to zero at the beginning of every year.
Are there any special restrictions for employees selections? Example: Apparel program limits employees to only Navy tops. Example: Apparel program is restricted to only Lapco button up tops
