Please read carefully the below return conditions and keep a copy of the completed RA form for your record:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A RETURN
1. Approval must be obtained first before returning goods, please do not add items after form has been issued.
2. Warranty claim only covers manufacturing defects, general wear and tear will not be accepted.
3. All faulty goods must include a copy of customer's receipt docket or credit card/bank statement.
4. Return to Stock items must be in original and resale-able condition with NO store price tag still on the product.
5. Images must be provided for accurate asessment

Based on findings, your claim will result in either a repair or replacement. You will be notified within 1-2 days of the claim being successfully made.
Statewide Sports constanly work to improve efficiencies within our business.
