1. Scope of Services
The Brand Image Consultancy package includes but is not limited to:
- Brand Discovery and Consultations
- Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Visual Style and Imagery Selection
- Development of Brand Guidelines (color palette, typography, and imagery standards)
- Final Delivery of a Brand Image Strategy Document
2. Process Overview
This section details the structured approach to crafting a distinct and cohesive brand image for clients in personal, professional, or business branding.
Phase 1: Brand Discovery and Initial Consultation
Goal: To understand the brand’s core identity, target audience, vision, and desired perception.
Process:Brand Questionnaire: The client completes a detailed questionnaire covering goals, audience, values, tone, style preferences, and desired brand perception.
Initial Consultation: A 1-hour session (virtual) to discuss questionnaire insights and clarify expectations, brand objectives, and overall vision.
Market and Competitor Analysis: We conduct research to assess the competitive landscape, identify brand opportunities, and gather insights.
Deliverable: A Brand Discovery Summary, including key takeaways, preliminary brand vision, and potential style directions.
Phase 2: Brand Strategy and Positioning
Goal: To develop a strategy that defines the brand’s unique position and image in the marketplace.
Process: Brand Positioning Statement: Creation of a clear statement that defines the brand’s unique value proposition, target audience, and desired perception.
Core Brand Values and Mission: Outlining the brand’s fundamental values and mission, which will shape the overall image and direction.
Mood Board and Brand Personality: Development of a mood board reflecting the brand’s personality traits (e.g., elegant, bold, friendly) and initial style elements.
Client Involvement: Approval of positioning statement, brand values and feedback on the mood board.
Deliverable: Brand Positioning and Strategy Document, including positioning statement, brand values, and approved mood board.
Phase 3: Visual Style Development
Goal: To establish a cohesive visual style for the brand, covering imagery, color palette, typography, and overall aesthetic.
Process: Color Palette Creation: Based on the brand strategy, we develop a color palette that aligns with the desired brand perception and emotional tone.
Typography Selection: Curating a typography style that reinforces the brand’s image (e.g., classic serif for elegance, bold sans-serif for modern appeal).
Imagery and Iconography Guidelines: Defining the type of images and icons that align with the brand, including stock imagery or custom visuals if required.
Brand Graphic Elements: Creation of supporting design elements, such as patterns, textures, or icons, to enrich the brand’s visual presence.
Client Involvement: Feedback on color palette, typography, and imagery guidelines.
Deliverable: Visual Style Guide Draft, including color codes, typography rules, imagery and iconography, and supporting graphic elements.
Phase 4: Brand Image Strategy Document Finalization
Goal: To finalize and compile all brand imagery guidelines into a cohesive Brand Image Strategy Document.
Process:Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions on the draft document based on client feedback, ensuring all brand visuals align with the approved brand strategy.
Final Approval Meeting: A final review to present and explain the completed Brand Image Strategy Document, along with guidelines for consistent usage.
Deliverable: Finalized Brand Image Strategy Document in PDF format, containing all visual elements and style guidelines ready for immediate implementation.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated Duration: Typically 4-6 weeks
Each phase's deadline will be established, with client feedback periods to ensure timely completion.
4. Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities: Provide necessary materials (logos, existing brand assets), timely feedback, and participation in scheduled consultations.
Consultant Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality brand image solutions aligned with the approved strategy, maintain clear communication, and meet project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
All-in-One Image Package
Comprehensive Fee: The All-in-One Image Package is offered at a complete fee of AU $ 5500, including GST. This fee includes all agreed-upon branding services, including brand strategy, color palette, typography selection, logo design, social media templates, website visuals, and other specified deliverables.
Original Package Fee: AU$5500
Special Discount: 20% OFF = AU$1100
Discounted Package Fee: AU$ 4400
Initial Deposit: 20% upon signing this agreement (AU$880)
Progress Payment 2: 30% after the completion of brand style guide strategy (AU$1320)
Progress Payment 3: 20% after logo design or first draft of mood board (AU$880)
Final Payment: 30% is due upon delivery and sign-off (AU$1320)
Additional Services:
Optional Add-Ons: Any additional services or revisions beyond the scope of the All-in-One Image Package will be billed separately at an hourly rate of $50 or at a fixed rate agreed upon in advance.
Billing: Invoices for add-on services are issued upon completion of each task or at the end of the project, as applicable.
Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Additional Expenses: Costs for resources not covered by the package, such as premium stock images, font licenses, or specialty printing, will be billed separately.
Approval Requirement: All additional expenses will be communicated and require client approval before being incurred.
6. Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payment can be made via:
Electronic Fund (bank) transfer (EFT)
EFTPOS via Credit or Debit Card (Credit Card fee of 1.1% is applicable)
Due Dates: All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Cancellation Policy
If the project is terminated mid-way, any completed work will be invoiced, and all outstanding fees will be due.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own all rights to the final Brand Image Strategy Document. The consultant retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the project.
