Attendance at all sacramental preparation classes is required. A parent is expected to attend sacramental prep classes with the candidate. Fee for Confirmation Preparation is $125.00 per candidate and should accompany this application, this is a one time fee that covers both years of the Confirmation program. Paying on line will incur a $3.00 service fee. All children preparing to celebrate sacraments must also be enrolled and participating in SS. Cosmas & Damian's parish Faith Formation program, or attending a Catholic day school.
