Food Policy

Please be aware that The Innovative Mind Lab: STEAM Camps operate on a Bring Your Own Snack policy. Considering the camp hours from 9am to 12pm, parents are responsible for providing a morning snack for their children. To ensure the health and safety of all participants, we kindly request that you refrain from packing any snacks containing peanuts, as some attendees may have severe allergies. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers.

Behavior Policy

The Innovative Mind Lab: STEAM Camps are dedicated to fostering a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. We anticipate all attendees to interact with one another respectfully and kindly, adhering to camp guidelines and directives from the staff. Unacceptable behaviors, including but not limited to bullying, aggressive actions, or causing disturbances, will not be permitted. Such behaviors could lead to consequences, potentially resulting in the camper's removal from the session.

We kindly request parents to converse with their children about the significance of proper conduct and the necessity to adhere to camp guidelines prior to their attendance. In this way, we can guarantee a positive and enriching experience for every camper and staff member.

Medical Release and Authorization

As the Parent or Guardian of the specified camper, I hereby empower a competent and licensed medical professional to diagnose and treat in the occurrence of a medical crisis. This applies when, in the judgment of the attending medical professional, immediate intervention is essential to avert further risk to my child's life, severe physical deformity, significant impairment, or to alleviate excessive pain, distress, or discomfort if postponed.

I grant the attending physician the right to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray analysis, and vaccinations for the named camper. If a severe illness, a need for major surgery, or substantial accidental injury arises, I comprehend that every effort will be made by the present physician to swiftly contact me. This authorization applies only after making a genuine attempt to reach me.

I also bestow permission to The Innovative Mind Lab: STEAM Camps, and its partners, encompassing staff and tutors, to administer the essential emergency aid before the child's admission to a medical facility.

This consent is sanctioned for the dates and/or duration of the registered camp day.

This approval is provided willingly, solely aiming to authorize medical aid in urgent scenarios, to safeguard the well-being and physical integrity of the aforementioned minor, in my absence.

To secure your child's spot in the Innovative Mind Lab: STEAM Camps, full payment is required at the time of registration. For families enrolling more than one child, we're delighted to offer a sibling discount. Each child's fee is reduced to $55.00 when enrolling with thier siblings.

We process payments through a secure platform, ensuring the safety of your personal information. After selecting your desired camp(s) and confirming the number of attendees, you'll be directed to our payment portal. Here, you can complete your transaction using a variety of payment methods.

By submitting your payment, you agree to our flexible scheduling and rescheduling policies:

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellations made up to two weeks before the camp start date are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% processing fee.
Cancellations within two weeks of the camp start date are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change. Should you need to reschedule your child's attendance to a different camp session, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, without any additional fees, up to one week before the camp start date.

Scheduling Flexibility:

Our camps run at various times throughout the year, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. For detailed information on camp dates and availability, please refer to our camp schedule.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we offer the option to transfer your registration to another camp session, subject to availability.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby grant approval for my child’s involvement in all planned activities by The Innovative Mind Lab: STEAM Camps during the chosen camp day. In return for the acceptance of my child's attendance by The Innovative Mind Lab, I accept all risks and hazards linked to the activities' progression and release, exempt, and indemnify The Innovative Mind Lab, including all its respective officers, agents, and representatives, from any liability for injuries to my child stemming from traveling to, partaking in, or departing from the chosen camp day. Should any injury befall my child, I waive all claims against The Innovative Mind Lab.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
