I, *, knowingly and willingly am joining the JAR of Hope G2G race team. I am fully aware JAR of Hope will be paying my registration fees to enter the G2G 2025 race.
I, *, knowingly fully understand I will in return fundraise to a minimum of $7,500.00 for the JAR of Hope Foundation. I know I will be responsible for the difference from my fundraising goal and the amount of money I raised.
I, *, understand that JAR of Hope needs to be compliant with the G2G organizers and provide undated reports to them about the fundraising commitments by every runner. If I do not meet the required fundraising goal and do not adhere to the line above, I will not be permitted to run.
I, *, will do everything within my control to be prepared to run the G2G 2025, but in the event, I am unable to run I will continue to fundraise to the minimum amount of money I agreed to above.
I, *, will follow all the rules and guidelines set forth by G2G & JAR of Hope.
I, *, understand that my participation is needed at JAR of Hope pre-race meetings, calls and or emails will ensure my success.
I, *, am aware my fundraising goal deadline is Friday, Aug. 16, 2025. If I do not reach my goal by then I give JOH, the permission to charge my card.
I, *, understand that upon completion of this form, I will be charged a one-time $99 registration fee to run the race. This money will not count toward my fundraising goal.
