Pool Opening ServicesPrice not inclusive of chemical costs. Pool opening includes up to 2 visits (1.5 hours of labor per visit) to perform services which includes: Leaf blowing the pool surrounding/ equipment pad; Cleaning, removal, folding, and storing of cover; Set up, start up, and cleaning of equipment; Removal of winter plugs; Installation of directionals, skimmer baskets, ladder(s) and handrail(s) (if applicable); Vacuuming and removal of debris; Check and adjust water chemistry (chemical costs are to be charged in addition to the opening cost, unless stated otherwise.)

Pool winterization/closing includes; Checking and adjusting water chemistry; Clean out debris from swimming pool; Lower water level; Adding winterization chemicals (winter kit to be charged in addition to the closing cost, unless stated otherwise); Blowing out all necessary lines; Winterization of pool auto-fill; Installation of winter cover. (This does NOT include anchors that need replacing or installation of a new winter cover).

Factors such as weather, illness, or holidays may cause delays of up to 7 days. 2. Customer Responsibilities: • Maintain a working automatic cleaner (hydraulic or electric). • Keep water at appropriate operating level. 3. Repair Clause – Repairs under $75 may be performed without prior notice. Repairs exceeding $75 require written or digital authorization before being performed. 4. Good Guys Pools LLC is not liable for damage resulting from conditions outside our control including, but not limited to, manufacturer delays, acts of nature, or customer negligence. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted. A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of the service period. By signing this agreement, customer authorizes Office: (201) 822 - 1189 Email: Info@GoodGuysPools.com Good Guys Pools LLC to charge the credit card on file for all unpaid invoices 3 days after issuance, plus a 3.5% processing fee. 2. Late Payments : Accounts unpaid after 15 days will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annual). All balances must be paid in full prior to winterization. 3. Price Increases: We reserve the right to adjust prices with a minimum of 90 days’ notice via email. CANCELLATION + TERMINATION Either party may cancel this agreement with 90 days’ written notice. Customers are responsible for payment of services rendered prior to cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits.
