What This Campaign Is About
DEI is not about politics; it is about fairness. We want:
- products and services that serve our diverse wants and needs
- to feel safe and welcomed, no matter who we are and where we come from
- to see people like us, and not like us, in leadership roles and throughout the organizations
- our different perspectives and ideas to be fully utilized
- to ensure equal access to opportunities, resources, products, and services for everyone
- to recognize and acknowledge that true meritocracy does not exist without fairness
We want to loudly and proudly tell organizations that we want DEI work to continue.
How It Works
Every collected signature will amplify this message. We will send letters to the CEOs of the Fortune 1000 companies urging them to stay committed to DEI.
Here's how the collected signatures will make impact:
300 signatures = letters sent to 100 CEOs
1,000 signatures = letters sent to 200 more CEOs
3,000 signatures = letters sent to 200 more CEOs
7,000 signatures = letters sent to 200 more CEOs
10,000 signatures = letters sent to 300 more CEOs
When we reach 10,000 signatures, we will have contacted 1,000 CEOs telling them we want DEI work to continue! The more signatures we get, the louder our collective voice will be, and the more impact we will make together.
