MAYRA Progress Report

This Progress Report is intended to document your restoration progress since your last MAYRA award and to help the MAYRA Board understand how your project, skills, and engagement with the Model A community have developed. This report is not expected to reflect a completed restoration. Many projects span multiple years, and steady, meaningful progress is the goal.For prior MAYRA recipients, this Progress Report also serves as the application for consideration for continued MAYRA support in the next award cycle. A more in-depth review may include follow-up conversations with your mentor and your local Model A club to confirm progress, participation, and continued alignment with the goals of the program.

Section 2 – Project Overview
Describe the original goal of your restoration project. Explain how your project has progressed since your last application or report. Include key milestones reached since last July.
Section 3 – Work Completed Since Last Award
List the major tasks you worked on during this reporting period.
Identify tasks that were completed and those still in progress.
Explain how much of the work you personally performed.
Section 4 – Use of MAYRA Award Certificates
List all parts purchased using MAYRA gift certificates. For each item, include the vendor name, certificate used, and whether the part has been installed. Attach copies of receipts.

Section 8 – Mentor & Club Involvement
Describe the role your mentor(s) played during this period and what you learned from working with them. The MAYRA Board may contact your mentor and/or club leadership to help assess continued progress and engagement..
Section 9 – Current Status & Next 12 Months
Is the Model A currently drivable? If yes, describe its current use.
If not drivable, explain the primary reasons.
List the major goals you hope to complete in the next 12 months.
Identify any assistance, guidance, or resources you anticipate needing.
Section 10 – Photographs
Please include up to eight (8) current photographs of your Model A and restoration progress. At least one photo must show you actively working on the car. At least three photos should show the complete vehicle from different angles.
Photos: Include 8 current photos of the Model A. Some can show the work yet to be done. At least one photo must be a recent picture of you working on the car. Three of the photos should show the entire Model A from different angles.
