2025 MDA Recital Backstage Volunteer Form

For recital, we will need volunteers to be backstage with our dancers in the dressing room. We will need at least one volunteer for every 5 kids in a class (depending on age). Responsibilities of the volunteers include; helping change the children in and out of costumes, taking students to the bathroom, bringing students to the stage with our stage runners, and collecting them when they come off.

Parents will drop off and pick up their dancers to the Backstage volunteers before and after the show. Volunteers will be able to watch their child's dances from side stage.

If you feel your child would not benefit from you being backstage, please do not submit a form. Again, we greatly appreciate your help at our 2025 recital.

**For those participating in the Loved Ones Routine, please note that this routine will be performed in both shows, and all participating families are expected to attend both performances.

If this is the only routine your child is in for one of the shows, they are welcome to check out backstage and leave with their loved one during intermission.
