I, *, knowingly and willingly am joining the JAR of Hope NYCM race team. I am fully aware JAR of Hope will be paying my registration fees to enter the NYCM 2025.
I, *, understand I am committing to fundraise a minimum of $3,500.00 for JAR of Hope. I understand I am responsible for the difference should I not hit the $3,500 fundraising goal.
I, *, understand that JAR of Hope needs to be compliant with the NYRR and provide updated reports to the NYRR about the fundraising commitments by every runner. If I do not meet the required fundraising goal and do not adhere to the line above, the NYRR will not allow me to pick up my bib at the expo.
I, *, will do everything within my control to be prepared to run the NYCM 2025, but in the event, I am unable to run I will continue to fundraise to the minimum amount of money I agreed to above.
I, *, will follow all the rules and guidelines set forth by the New York City Marathon & JAR of Hope.
I, *, understand that my participation is needed at JAR of Hope pre-race meetings, calls and or emails which will ensure my success.
I, *, am aware my fundraising goal deadline is Monday, October 21, 2025.
I, , would like to immediately secure my spot on the team and will pay the team membership rate of $99 for the year.
I, *, am accepting this agreement and will make a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. I am grateful to know that JOH will be putting this towards my marathon goal.
I, *, agree to make social media posts and share with the public that I am running the NYC Marathon for JAR of Hope.
I, *, am aware JAR of Hope will produce a marketing video with me. I will go to the JOH Headquarters to help produce the video.
I, *, am aware there will be a pasta party a week before the NYC Marathon (date TBD). I agree to attend to meet and greet with the team and secure my JOH Race Team Shirt.
