Request completion timeframes are based on a variety of factors (number of items to be added/removed, urgency, workload, priorities, etc) for multiple parties. Read the instrustions carefully, specifically for addition requests, and allow a minimum of 1-2 business days for all requests to be actioned. This form is for minor updates.
NOTE: If products are either new in Traverse and/or not currently online, it can extend the amount of time it takes to get them up and active as the product images/information need to be acquired and a new product entries made online.
Please plan ahead and get your requests in as soon as possible if you need something done by a specific date, such as a roll-out or a launch.
If you have 10+ items to add or remove, please use this spreadsheet so long as the items already exist in Traverse as salescat N1 or higher and PROMO pricing is in place.
