  • Zendo Project Role Descriptions

    Please review the following Zendo Project roles and make your preferred selections below. Note that all positions are important and applicants who choose more than one role are more likely to be offered a volunteer spot. 

    Sitter - holding space for guests who are seeking support

    Greeter - welcoming guests into the space & engaging in conversation with people who are interested in the Zendo Project

    Logkeeper - keeping track of moving people and parts, using a tablet to update data, and a love of organization

    Logistics - assisting to help the space run smoothly including infrastructure, fueling our vehicles and hearts, and communicating with other departments

    Medical Triage - assessing Zendo guests to make sure they are medically safe to be in the space (medical certification required, EMT or higher)

    Build / Strike Support - contributing helping hands to our build, teardown, and pack up efforts

    Pulse Team - supporting Zendo Project volunteer emotional wellness during and after shifts throughout the event

    Shift Lead - providing support to guests, volunteers and the Supervisor on your shift to maintain a good flow. Previous experience & Zendo coordinator approval required

    Supervisor / Coordinator - general lead oversight of Zendo operations and space. Prior invite required
