Allshear LLC – A1 Trimmer Pre-Order Agreement
This Pre-Order Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Allshear LLC ("Seller") and the undersigned purchaser ("Purchaser"). This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the purchase of the Allshear A1 Trimmer ("Product").
1. Product Description
The Product is the Allshear A1 Trimmer, a commercial-grade trimming machine.
2. Pricing and Discounts
• MSRP: $33,499
• Early Adoption Discount: 20% off MSRP (while supplies last)
• Pre-Order Discount: Additional 20% off MSRP if ordered on or before September 15, 2025 (while supplies last)
All discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by Allshear LLC at any time to preserve production timelines and product quality.
3. Payment Terms
Pre-Order Customers (before Sept 15, 2025):
A 25% deposit + applicable sales tax is due at time of pre-order.
The remaining balance is due within 30 calendar days of delivery notice.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Post Pre-Order Customers (on or after Sept 15, 2025):
Full payment including tax is due at the time of order.
No deposit/balance option is available.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Pre-order customers may cancel for a full refund of deposit and tax within 30 days of signing or before the pre-order cutoff date plus, whichever is sooner.
• Post pre-order customers may cancel for a full refund within 7 calendar days of signing.
• After the applicable cancellation window, restocking fee applies equal to 20% of the purchase price.
5. Shipping
• Orders begin shipping in Octoberber 2025 after balance is paid.
• Shipping method and cost will be confirmed after final payment.
• Purchasers must inspect shipments within 24 hours.
• Seller is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
6. Warranty
Each unit includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
This warranty does not cover:
Misuse or operator error
Improper maintenance
Unauthorized modifications
Damage from external causes
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer
By signing, Purchaser acknowledges:
• They understand the risks involved in using this equipment.
• They are solely responsible for safe operation, training, and maintenance.
• Allshear LLC is not liable for injuries, property damage, or financial loss resulting from use or misuse.
Purchaser agrees to follow all safety materials and best practices provided.
8. Retail Store Independence
Retail stores, if involved, act only as promotional and payment collection partners. They are not responsible for shipping, warranty, or support. All obligations remain between the Purchaser and Allshear LLC.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Legal disputes will be resolved in Sacramento County, California.
10. Severability
If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, all other provisions will remain valid.
11. Entire Agreement
This agreement supersedes all prior communications. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
