  To help us plan accurately and ensure there’s enough seating for everyone, we kindly ask that you only register guests you are confident will attend. Every seat counts, and your help in this makes a big difference!
- To ensure a great experience for all guests, we kindly ask that everyone remain seated during the ceremony.
  
  Standing can block the view of others, and we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the celebration comfortably. Our staff may ask guests who are standing to take their seats.

- Please note that submitting guest registration for Commencement does not automatically confirm student participation. The Registrar’s Office will verify eligibility and send out confirmation emails to students during the week of April 26th.

Please note that pets are not permitted at the Commencement ceremony.
Guests who bring pets must keep them in their vehicles. Any person or guest who arrives with a pet will be kindly asked to leave the event.

The only animals allowed are registered service animals (not in training) that are accompanying an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guest. These animals must be registered in advance for the ceremony.

We kindly ask that you share this important information with your guests to avoid any misunderstandings.
