1. Scope of Services: Coach agrees to provide Mindset & Transformation coaching sessions as outlined in the selected coaching package (see CommittedOnPurpose website for details). Sessions will be delivered via GoogleMeet, Zoom, or other agreed means (phone call or in-person).
2. Payment Terms
a. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total cost is due AT the time of booking.
b. Full Payment (payment arrangements): Remaining balance must be paid NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE each session (for payment plan arrangements created and agreed upon by Coach), OR
c. Full Payment (NO arrangements): Remaining balance must be paid NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE the start of first coaching session.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows:
a. 24-hour notice is required for cancellation/rescheduling.
b. 15=/+ minutes late = no-show; session forfeited. NO refunds will be issued for missed sessions/no-shows without a prior 24 hour notice provided. An exeception MAY be made as based upon Coach's independent decision if/as determined to be an unforeseeable or unavoidable emergency, natural cause or disaster, or per Coach's discretion based upon individual circumstance.
4. No Guarantees: Client understands results depend on personal effort. Coach offers no guarantees of client's outcome.
5. Confidentiality: Coach will keep all client information confidential EXCEPT as required by law. Client's are encouraged to share their personal testamonials to aid with promotion of coaching benefits, available tools and resources, and to provide honest insight/feedback. Direct client testimonials may be shared by Coach via social media posts, Coach blogs, Coach podcasts, Coach writings, or by Coach for educational purposes during other coaching sessions or speaking engagements IF approval is provided by client.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. NO REFUNDS will be issued for unused sessions. An exception MAY be made if/as appropriate as deemed by Coach and based upon individual circumstance.
7. Liability Waiver: Coaching is NOT therapy NOR a substitute for licensed advice. Client holds Coach harmless and understands personal results depend upon personal effort.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alabama.
