1. No legal advice or document preparation
I understand Elite Notary Signing provides notarization and execution support only. Elite Notary Signing does not prepare, draft, complete, review, explain, or provide legal advice about estate planning documents.
2. Documents must be ready
I understand all documents must be complete, unsigned, and ready for notarization at the time of the appointment. Documents should not be signed before the notary arrives.
3. Signer readiness
I understand all signers must be present, mentally aware, willing to sign, able to communicate clearly, and have valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization.
4. Witness requirements
I understand witnesses, if required, must meet eligibility requirements and be present with valid, unexpired photo identification. If Elite Notary Signing provides witnesses, witness availability must be confirmed before the appointment is accepted.
5. Fees may change after review
I understand the estimated appointment total is based on the information provided in this form. Fees may change if the request involves additional documents, witnesses, travel, facility access, urgency, after-hours service, holiday service, or special handling.
6. Appointment is not automatically confirmed
I understand submitting this form and paying the booking amount does not automatically confirm my appointment. Elite Notary Signing will review the request, confirm availability, and send appointment confirmation once the booking is accepted.
7. Balance due at appointment
I understand the booking payment will be applied toward my appointment total, and any remaining balance is due at the appointment.
8. Right to decline or reschedule
I understand Elite Notary Signing reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or stop an appointment if legal, ethical, identification, signer awareness, willingness, witness, safety, or document readiness requirements are not met.
