For Duet and Group items, there is no need for others to complete separate entry forms, you simply enter their names in this form as required.

For simplicity, we require that you make a single payment that includes for all performers on this form at $5 per person per entry. The form will calculate the total fee for you.

Provision of music for the Adjudicator is optional for this class. If you choose to supply music, please note the copyright provisions in the rules.

If you wish to use a backing track, an email will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the festival with details of the file naming standard and where to upload the file to, so keep an eye out for that email.
