We’re thrilled to extend an invitation for Junior golfers, to attend the Copper Rock Championship FREE golf clinic on Saturday, May 17th at 1 pm at the Copper Rock Driving Range.

• PGA Teaching Staff will be Tory Gatrell, PGA Professional and Copper Rock General Manager; Blaine Chambers, PGA Associate; Chad Mugavero, PGA Associate; Alex Crandall, PGA Associate.
• Limited to the first 25 registrants
• Golf Fundamentals presented will include:
  • Full Swing Coaching
  • Proper Grip, Stance/Posture and Alignment
• A friendly competition will be held at the conclusion of the clinic
• Participants will receive a gift
• Bring your own clubs

The Free Junior Clinic is being held in conjunction with the Epson Copper Rock Championship.  We anticipate the Championship will conclude around 2:30 pm.  

Head to the 18th green at the conclusion of the Free Junior Clinic and watch the Pros cross the finish line and hoist the trophy.  Let your child enjoy the Kids Zone at the 18th green where they can collect autographs and selfies as the Pros complete their round.

Where:  Copper Rock Golf Course Driving Range

When: Saturday, May 17th @ 1 pm

Parking: Enter at the Copper Rock Golf Course main entrance and follow the signs to parking.  Enjoy the Copper ROck Championship and head to the driving range by 12:50 pm to check in for the 1 pm start of the clinic.

What to Bring: Hat, Sunscreen, Clubs (Water will be provided on the driving range) 

 

Parent/Guardian, Waiver and Release Agreement.

It is most important that you read the following before signing.

I, being parent/guardian of the participant named above, am familiar with the plans and purposes of the Copper Rock Junior Golf Clinic and give full permission for my child/ward to attend and to participate. I understand that, by signing this Consent & Release Form below, I, my personal representatives and administrators, heirs, and next of kin agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages or liability of any kind against, and hold harmless Copper Rock Golf Course LC, its employees, and volunteers, from and against any and all injuries, damages or any other claims or liabilities (including, without limitation, personal injury, death, or loss or damage to personal, private or other property), whether or not due to the negligent acts or omissions of Releasees, resulting from or arising out of my child’s/ward’s participation in Copper Rock golf events and activities.

  I will be responsible for my child’s personal belongings and equipment and will not hold Releasees responsible for their loss.

  My child will treat the facilities and equipment provided by Copper Rock Golf Course with care. I understand that I will be assessed for any damage to facilities or equipment caused by my child’s acts or omissions.

Medical Emergency Statement

I, being parent/guardian of the participant:  give my permission for my child/ward to receive emergency medical treatment, if necessary, as a result of participation in the Copper Rock Junior Clinic; and  agree to indemnify, waive, release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Releasees from any and all liability or claims arising out of such treatment.

Photo & Press Release

I, being parent/guardian of the participant do hereby grant permission to Releasees to utilize my child/ward’s likeness, image, voice, and/or words incidental to any pictures, television, radio, videotapes, recordings, film, the Internet, or any other form or medium now known or hereinafter devised without compensation, payment of royalties, notification, or permission. I further understand and irrevocably agree that (1) these materials will become the property of Releasees and will not be returned to me; (2) Releasees may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photos for purposes of publicizing or promoting Releasees, its programs, or for any other lawful purpose; and (3) I waive any right to inspect or approve Releasees’ use of my child/ward’s likeness, image, voice, and/or words.
