Terms and Conditions – Dawnellehome Educational Classes
By enrolling your child in Dawnellehome’s educational classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Class Participation
Our programs are designed to foster creativity, learning, and social interaction in a supportive and inclusive environment. Parents/guardians agree to support their child’s participation and inform us of any relevant needs or support requirements.
Health and Safety
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral considerations that may impact the child’s participation. While all reasonable precautions are taken, Dawnellehome is not liable for unforeseen injuries or incidents.
Fees and Payments
All class fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the term or agreed-upon schedule.

Group Classes: No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are available for missed group classes, regardless of the reason.
Private Lessons: In the case of private one-on-one lessons, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advancemay be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Attendance and Punctuality
Please ensure your child arrives on time and is collected promptly at the end of each session. Consistent attendance supports your child’s learning and class experience.
Media Consent
We may take photos and videos during classes to share on Dawnellehome’s social media platforms, website, or other promotional materials, to highlight and celebrate children’s creativity and achievements.

Privacy
All personal information collected will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative and communication purposes related to Dawnellehome. We do not share information with third parties without consent.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in temporary or permanent withdrawal from the program to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
