Do Not Move the Signs

All yard displays must remain in the original setup position. Any damage caused by moving or tampering with the display is the customer’s responsibility.
Lawn Care Restrictions

Please do not mow, weed-eat, or water the yard while the signs are in place. Moisture and flying debris can damage the materials.
Respect the Display

No attaching balloons, string lights, or any decorations to the signs unless pre-approved.
Lost or Damaged Signs

Any stolen or damaged signs will result in a replacement fee of $10–$25 per piece.
Weather & Safety

In cases of extreme weather (lightning, flooding, heavy winds), we may delay setup or remove the display early for safety.
Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds for weather-related removals.
Permission

By booking, you confirm you have permission from the homeowner or property manager to install the yard display.
Photo Consent

We may take a photo of your display for use on our social media/marketing. Let us know if you’d like to opt out.
