Primary program sessions are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. MST. Speaker presentation should be 60 minutes. Presentations may be delivered in-person or virtual via Zoom Webinars. Speakers should be comfortable delivering content in an engaging manner. Speakers are booked for in-kind engagements only unless a sponsorship is available. Please be prepared to furnish all items requested to Program Co-Chairs at least 45 days in advance of program date.
SHRM-GT has approximately 400 members. Your presentation will be promoted on our website and social media channels. Programs typically are attended by 30-50 members.
- Title of program – something that is catchy and exciting is appreciated!
- Slide deck – typically presentation is timed to approximately 2 minutes per slide. You will be invited to advance your own slides and share your screen though practice and help may be available.

- Handouts – let us know if you want them to be sent to members before or after the program. Typically, slide decks are made available to attendees following the presentation.
- 30 sec – 1 min “video-mercial” = a teaser trailer that we can showcase through email and social media to encourage attendance. If you cannot provide this, just let us know.
- 15 minute technology test run with Program committee to test Zoom comfort
- Presentations are recorded for later access to members via a protected web link
