    Non-Resident Parking info

    • Lottery Opens up at 9:00 AM EST on 8/8/2025
    • The non-resident parking fee is $100/month, billed as a one-time upfront payment of $1,200.
    • Payment must be paid by check or money order only.

  • Terms of Service

     1. Vehicle registration must be shown at the time of receiving a parking sticker. Registration must be in the resident’s name or the name of his/her parents to receive a parking sticker.
    2. Vehicles without permits will be towed from the parking lot at the owner’s expense.
    3. Vehicles parked in fire lanes, on the grass, or in other “No Parking” areas will be towed at the owner’s expense, even if the Vehicle has a sticker.
    4. A sticker does not guarantee a resident a parking space but gives the resident the right to park in the parking lot.
    5. The resident parking sticker must be clearly displayed on his/her non-tinted window. For convertibles and other models, please put the sticker in the side window where it is clearly visible. Does not have to be placed on the rear window.
    6. If the sticker is damaged, a resident may obtain a new one at the Mad House rental office; however, the old sticker must be returned. If a resident loses his/her sticker, there will be a $100.00 fee for a replacement sticker.
    7. Please understand that by submitting a registration form you are entering into a legally binding contract. This permit lease will run concurrent to your apartment lease. This means you will be responsible for the parking rent starting on the commencement date and ending at the termination date of the 2025-2026 lease term.
    8. Management reserves the right to restrict parking in any parking lot at any time for necessary repairs needed to the parking lot and/or property.
