Dear Horse Enthusiast,

Thank you for inquiring about adopting a horse through Rise Up Equestrians, Inc. Our mission is to Rehabilitate, Restart, and Rehome horses, while supporting equestrians at all levels of experience. We are passionate about what we do and strive to find the perfect match for the horse and rider.

The Adoption Process
- Complete and submit the application in full (Don't forget to let us know if there is a specific horse you are interested in).
- Once we review your application, we’ll let you know if we have a horse that matches your preferences and schedule a meeting. If not, we’ll keep your application on file and contact you when a suitable horse becomes available.
- If we agree that a horse is a good fit, we'll verify your vet, boarding and references. Once your application is finalized and approved, we’ll collect the rehoming fee and help arrange transportation.

Adoption Terms & Conditions

The Adopter agrees to the terms outlined in the Adoption Agreement, including the understanding that the horse will never be sold at an auction or for slaughter. Should the Adopter ever decide to find the horse a new home, Rise Up Equestrians must be offered Right of First Refusal.
