  • Dragon Cheer Summer Youth Clinic Registration Form

    July 28 - July 31 9am - 12noon Daily
  • Dragon Cheer Summer Clinic is sponsored by the Southlake Carroll Varsity and JV Cheerleaders. Participants will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading as well as a dance and cheer that are age appropriate. 5th and 6th graders will learn skills geared towards middle school cheer. Camp will take place July 28th through July 31st from 9 a.m. until Noon each day.


    Pre-registration cost is $200 per child for the full camp and closes at Noon on Friday, July 26th. (Please note: We cannot guarantee a shirt after 7/11). **no refunds


    Walk-in registration is $250 per child and includes a photo keepsake and snack. Walk-in registration rate begins at Noon on Friday, July 25th.
    All camp details will be emailed the week before and on the evening of Sunday, July 27th.

  • We, the parents of the named participant, do hereby grant permission for her/him to participate in the Dragon Cheer Clinic and acknowledge the fact that she/he is physically able to participate in Clinic activities. We understand that the Clinic does not provide medical insurance covering injuries of any nature incurred during the 2024 Clinic. By agreeing to the terms of the release by selection on the electronic registration form, We hereby release the release and discharge all personnel, camp staff, Dragon Cheer Booster Club and Carroll ISD for all claims, damages, or other actions resulting from or participating in the Dragon Cheer Clinic.

  • We hereby grant the Dragon Cheer Booster Club and Carroll ISD permission to use my child's likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media ("photo") in any and all of its publications, including print and web-based publications as well as social media platforms, without payment or other consideration.
    We understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Dragon Cheer Booster Club and Carroll ISD will not be returned.
    We hereby irrevocably authorize the Dragon Cheer Booster Club and Carroll ISD to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos or videos for any lawful purpose. In addition, we waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, we waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
    By agreeing to the terms of the release by selection on the electronic registration form, we agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
