    We’re turning Downtown Wichita into a vibrant celebration of queer art, fashion, food, and identity — right across from the busiest night of Riverfest! Join us for a full day of creative vibes and unforgettable Pride energy.

    🎨 Seeking:
    • Artisans & makers with original, handmade, upcycled, or artistically designed goods
    • Food vendors including trucks, trailers, and pop-ups
    • Priority goes to queer-identifying applicants. Allies will be accepted as space allows
    • No MLMs, resellers, or service-based businesses — we are focusing on the art of Pride

    THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT!  

    💸 Vendor Pricing:
    • 10x10 Artisan Booth: $45 Early Bird (through May 7), $55 Regular (after May 7)
    • Food Truck Space: $45 Early Bird (through May 7), $55 Regular (after May 7)

    🕒 Event Hours:
    • Required vending: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Optional vending: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (this portion becomes a full Pride celebration with drag and live performances — less family-friendly, more fabulous)
    • No late set-ups or early tear-downs allowed — it disrupts the vibe of the market.

    📋 Important Details:
    • This is a juried event — applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced, high-quality vendor mix
    • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and display materials
    • All accepted vendors will receive a detailed email one week before the event, including load-in times, parking info, and safety guidelines

    ✅ Acceptance Process:
    • Email confirmation acknowledging receipt will be sent within 7 days of application
    • If not accepted, you’ll be notified and refunded as soon as possible
    • Final vendor info — including load-in instructions, map, and marketing materials — will be emailed closer to the event.

    🚨 Deadline:
    • Apply by May 26th or until all 60+ spaces are filled — first-come, first-reviewed

  • We will be using pictures of your items on social media to promote the market you signed up for. It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you have pictures of your items and that you send them to us. We can cannot promote YOU if you don't have pictures. 1-3 pictures is reccomended. PLEASE UPLOAD A PICTURE OF YOUR LOGO!!! :)
