Regarding Receiving Membership Card
- Membership Cards can be picked up at the Kodokan International Judo Centre, Dojo Reception, 4th floor.
- Please inform us of the date and time you plan to pick up your card from the following.
- Issuance takes a minimum of 5 days.
- The reception is NOT open on Sundays and public holidays, so please pick up your card after 16:00 on weekday afternoons.
  
  NOT Shipping
  Issued membership cards will not be mailed. They will be held at the dojo reception desk for three months only and discarded after three months have passed.
カードの引き取りについて
- カードの引き取りは講道館国際柔道センター・道場受付4階にて行います。下記より引き取り予定の日時をお知らせください。
- 日曜、祭日は通常業務を行っていないため、お引き取りは平日の午後16:00以降にお越しくださいますようお願いいたします。
- 発行には最低5日程かかりますので5日以上前にお申し込みください。
- カードは道場受付にて3か月保管いたしますが、それ以降は破棄いたします。
- 発行されたカードの郵送は原則行わないことを予めご承知おきくださいますようお願いいたします。
