All participating artists MUST provide a bio, descriptive phrase of artwork, directions to studio and 2 images of their work: digital (300+ dpi/high res) photos for promotion.

Artists will be sent a pdf "proof" of their page in the Brochure and are responsible for proofing their own information.

Volunteer Opportunities: Each participating artist is ENCOURAGED to volunteer for a specific Studio Tour task. Please check a task you would be interested in:

If you need assistance with photographing your work, please let us know. Florence Thomas Art School is offering a workshop for this on May 6th.*

Application Fee is $85. Participants must be current ACAC Exhibitor members which is a $20 fee per year. Exhibitor members will be invited to participate in other exhibits. Each artist receives 25 Brochures and is listed on the website.
