For NEW Siblings ONLY

NEW students are strongly recommended to enroll ASAP, due to very limited spots in Level 1.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept TK students. Please consider joining other after-school programs like BACR.
Please indicate your child’s Mandarin proficiency level in the registration form — for example, “no background at all” or “two years in preschool / Hua Da / Nam Kue.”
New students without any Mandarin learning background will be placed in Level 1. Most of these students are in Kindergarten.

家长或监护人同意书 Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

1、注册费用不可退还。

2、报名后会自动收到学费单邮件。超过截止日期付学费，会收取$25/周的滞纳金。按月付学费需要在每月第一个工作日付清。我们会单独联系家长设置每月付款提醒。

3、学生因故不能来上课，学费将不退还，除非因老师个人或学校安排等原因无法提供课程。

4、如果中途退出，将不再享有$50 off 的优惠。将按照学费标准计算实际应交学费，然后从已交学费中减去，余额即为退还金额。

5、学生在规定的放学时间后的5分钟宽限期内没有被接走，家长会被收取$1/分钟的迟接费。

6、子女若有任何个人的受伤和个人财物受损时，本人将不对 All Stars Mandarin Center 辰星中文和 Lawton Alternative School 行使追究权。

1. The registration fee is non-refundable.

2. After registration, you will automatically receive an email with the tuition invoice. The late payment fee will be charged at the rate of $25/week. The monthly payment is due on the first workday of each month. We will reach out to parents separately to set up monthly payment reminders.

3. Unless the class is canceled because of the teacher's personal reasons or school arrangements, the tuition will NOT be refunded if students miss the class.

4. If you withdraw halfway, you will no longer be eligible for the $50 discount. We calculate the actual tuition owed based on the tuition fee rate. Then, we'll subtract it from the fees already paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

5. If students are not picked up within the 5-minute grace period following our regular dismissal time, parents will be charged $1 per minute, until the child is picked up.

6. I will not hold the ASMC辰星中文 and Lawton Alternative School liable for any personal injury or property damage, which may occur on the premise of the school.
