- NEW students DO NOT pay any fee (including registration) until their spot is confirmed.
- New Level 1 is for Kindergarten students.
- Level 2 is for 1st and 2nd graders.
- Level 3 is for 3rd to 5th graders.
- The teacher-to-student ratio is 1:15.
- We follow the SFUSD calendar, with classes held from Monday to Friday, one hour per day.
- Each day after school, we will pick up Kindergarten and 1st-grade Mandarin students from their classrooms and take them to the playground for a short break before heading to class together. Older students will check in with us in the big upper yard.
- On Wednesdays, when school ends early, we will pick up students right after dismissal for an additional hour of enrichment activities.
- Session 1 runs from 3:15 to 4:15 PM. The monthly tuition is $340, plus an annual $80 registration fee and an $80 materials fee.
- Session 2, designed for YMCA and S2F students, runs from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. The monthly tuition is $290, plus an annual $80 registration fee and $80 materials fee.
- Please let us know your student's Mandarin proficiency level in the form, for example, 【no background at all】, or 【two years in Pre-School/Hua Da/ Nam Kue】, etc.
- 新生在收到学位确认邮件之前，请不要支付任何费用（包括注册费）。
- 新的Level 1面向幼儿园K年级学生。

- 每周三学校提早放学时，我们将在放学后立即接学生，并提供额外一小时的延伸活动。
- 第一节课时间为下午 3:15 到 4:15，月费为 $340，另需缴纳注册费每年 $80 和材料费每年$80。
- 第二节课为 YMCA 和 S2F 学生开设，时间为下午 4:30 到 5:30，月费为 $290，另需缴纳注册费每年$80 和材料费每年$80

家长或监护人同意书 Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

1、注册费用不可退还。

2、报名后会自动收到学费单邮件。超过截止日期付学费，会收取$25/周的滞纳金。按月付学费需要在每月第一个工作日付清。我们会单独联系家长设置每月付款提醒。

3、学生因故不能参与上课，学费将不退还，除非因老师个人或学校安排等原因无法提供课程。

4、Session 2的学生每周最多可上两次第一节课，若参加次数超过两次，则需按Session 1的收费标准缴费。

5、如果中途退出，将不再享有$50 off的优惠。将按照学费标准计算实际应交学费，然后从已交学费中减去，余额即为退还金额。

6、学生在规定的放学时间后的5分钟宽限期内没有被接走，家长会被收取$1/分钟的迟接费。

7、子女若有任何个人的受伤和个人财物受损时，本人将不对 All Stars Mandarin Center 辰星中文和 Commodore Sloat Elementary School 行使追究权。

1. The registration fee is non-refundable.

2. After registration, you will automatically receive an email with the tuition invoice. The late payment fee will be charged at the rate of $25/week. The monthly payment is due on the first workday of each month. We will reach out to parents separately to set up monthly payment reminders.

3. Unless the class is canceled because of the teacher's personal reason or school arrangement, the tuition will NOT be refunded if students miss the class.

4. Students in Session 2 may attend Session 1 up to twice a week. If they attend more than twice, Session 1 rates will apply.

5. If you withdraw halfway, you will no longer be eligible for the $50 discount. We calculate the actual tuition owed based on the tuition fee rate. Then, we'll subtract it from the fees already paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

6. If students are not picked up within the 5-minute grace period following our regular dismissal time, parents will be charged $1 per minute, until the child is picked up.

7. I will not hold the ASMC辰星中文 and Commodore Sloat Elementary School liable for any personal injury or property damage, which may occur on the premise of the school.
