CT GA Alumni Legacy Mentorship Program

Mentorship Program applications due by May 30, 2025.

Welcome to Georgia! Applications are now being accepted for the 2025-2026 GA-CT Alumni Legacy Mentorship Program. Cass Tech graduates attending a Georgia-based Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the upcoming 2025-2026 school year are encouraged to participate. Students participating in the mentorship program will have access to collaborate with a group of multi-professional Cass Tech Alumni residing in the State of Georgia. The mentorship program exists to support the students as they transition from secondary education to higher education as an out-of-state student.

Students who are interested in applying must submit their applications by May 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
About Us:

We are a group of multiple professional Cass Technical High School Alumni, Family and Friends who reside in the state of Georgia that recognizes the importance of educational attainment, and the challenges students may face as they transition from secondary education to highereducation as an out-of-state student. We exist to be a collaborative network to provide financial assistance, mentorship and contribute to the academic success of graduating Cass Tech Students attending a Historically Black College & University within the State of Georgia. In the Spirit of Detroit Technician's Legacy, we continue to strive to make an impactful contribution in society by providing leadership, service in the community and creating a Legacy of "Paying It Forward".

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a current graduating senior at Cass Technical High School, in good standing
- Must have a college acceptance letter from a Georgia-based HBCU
- Must be planning to attend the HBCU in the Summer 2024/Fall 2024
- Must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher
