Tournament Information:
1.Please complete the entire registration form. Note: The Youth Division has three levels and the appropriate age range should be circled. ATTENTION MINORS: Both
you and your parent must sign the Release, Waiver, and Sportsmanship Pledge. Signatures of parents of minors ]will be secured on tournament day, before the start of play.
2.Each team will have 3 or 4 players. All games must start with at least
three players. Any number of players may complete a game.
3.If you register before July 11th each player will receive a tournament t-shirt- Youth and Adult sizes available.
4.Registrations are due by July 11th @$80/team. The final date
for registration is July 16 @ $100 per team. No signups
after July 16, 2025
5.Brackets will be posted on July 18th on the APJ website and Facebook
page
Tournament Day Schedule:
7:30 A.M. - Check-in at tournament headquarters for players under
18 using online signup, with parent signature requirement
completed. 8:00 A.M. - Play begins.
