Wholesale Terms:
Sample Box Order Minimum: $125 CDN before taxes. Please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment.
Standard Order Minimum: 6 bottles per formula on standard wholesale orders, including reorders.
Introductory Order Minimum: $725 CDN before taxes.
Payment Terms: Payment is due on submission.
For orders above $10,000 cdn, a 50% deposit may be coodinated upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. In this case, please contact us prior to submitting your order form so that we can structure the payment process for you.
Production Lead Time: Products are handcrafted to order in small batches. Please allow up to 3 weeks for order fulfillment before shipping. Higher volume orders will require 6-8 weeks for order fulfillment.
MSRP: MSRP is set at 2x the wholesale price.
Shelf Life: Products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months from the date of bottling, always within 2 weeks of shipment. Retailers are responsible for managing inventory to ensure timely sales within this period. Products exceeding shelf life are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping and Freight: Freight will be invoiced within the week of shipment, and payment for freight must be made in full before parcel release. If a preferred third-party shipper (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) is used, proof of insurance coverage must be provided. Shipping and insurance will be arranged through Canada Post or equivalent, invoiced separately to the receiver.
Order Adjustments and Cancellations: Requests for adjustments or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, changes may not be possible.
Damaged Goods: Damages must be reported within 3 business days of receiving shipment. After this period, no replacements or refunds will be offered.
Returns and Exchanges: All orders are final sale. Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our formulas, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once orders have been processed and shipped.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions: Payment must be made via secure channels (bank transfers, verified credit cards). Retailers authorize charge and agree not to initiate chargebacks; legal action may be pursued in case of chargebacks. Any fraudulent orders may be canceled or delayed for verification.
International Orders: Retailers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on international shipments. We are not liable for delays or additional charges imposed by customs. All international orders must have insurance coverage; proof of coverage is required.
Pricing and Discounting: Retail products are to be sold at an MSRP of 2x wholesale. Retailers cannot sell below MSRP without prior written approval. Promotions/discounts should align with brand values. As a bespoke skincare atelier dedicated to the slow craft of fine formulation, we remain committed to the integrity of our pricing. While we strive for consistency, we reserve the right to adjust our prices to reflect the evolving landscape of ingredient availability, artisan labour, and the uncompromising quality that defines our work.
Storage and Handling: Retailers must store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Improper storage (extreme temperatures, humidity) may compromise product quality, and the studio is not liable for issues from improper handling.
Canadian Retailers:
Applicable provincial tax may be invoiced separately from form submission.
