All fees are non-refundable once submission and processing begins
Missed appointments, late arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period, cancellations, or failure to meet notarization requirements do not qualify for refunds
Chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes initiated after service preparation or appointment forfeiture may be formally contested using documentation including this agreement, appointment records, platform logs, and payment confirmation

Domestic U.S. Return Shipping Info:
Your apostilled document will be shipped back via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated based on location, weight, and urgency. You’ll receive a separate invoice before we return your document.

International Return Shipping Info:
For clients outside the U.S., shipping quotes will vary based on your location and chosen carrier. FedEx, UPS,DHL and USPS International services are available. Customs delays may occur, and Autagraph LLC is not responsible once the item leaves the U.S.

Remote Online Notarization Terms
Notarization services are performed remotely using a secure third-party Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform. Client must appear live for the session and present a valid, unexpired U.S. government-issued photo ID. Failure to meet eligibility requirements does not qualify for a refund.

Document Acceptance & Client Responsibility
Remote online notarizations are legally recognized nationally; however, acceptance of any notarized document is determined by the receiving agency or jurisdiction. Autagraph Notary Services is not responsible for refusal or rejection based on document format, including remote or (in-person) wet notarization. Clients are responsible for confirming acceptance requirements with the receiving party prior to requesting apostille services.

Processing Time & Expedited Service
Standard and expedited processing times begin only after all required documents have been received, verified, and are ready for submission.

For documents notarized in person (wet signature), original documents must be physically received before processing can begin.

Expedited (24-hour) service applies to processing time only and does not include shipping or delivery timeframes.

Appointment Timing, Late & No-Show Policy
Clients are expected to join their notarization session at the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Failure to join within this window will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be forfeited without refund. Rescheduling may require an additional administrative fee.

After-Hours & Rush Appointments
Appointments requested outside 7:00 AM – 7:00PM CST or requiring expedited service may be subject to additional fees, disclosed prior to confirmation.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments and deposits are non-refundable once submission and processing begins. Payment reserves appointment time, administrative preparation, and platform access. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, client error, or failure to meet notarization requirements.

Privacy Notice
Client information and uploaded documents are treated as confidential and are used solely to complete the requested notarization. Information is never sold or shared outside of required service platforms or legal compliance.

Please Note: Delays caused by incomplete submissions, shipping carriers, or government processing times are outside the control of Autagraph LLC.
