    B. Once your background check submission is received, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email directly from SafeScreener & later a second email confirming whether your background check was accepted or denied

    Step 3 — CTT EVENT TICKET SUBMISSION (via Eventbrite - link below/opens in a new tab)

    A. PURCHASE YOUR $75 CTT EVENTBRITE TICKET

    B. Once your Eventbrite purchase is complete, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email directly from Eventbrite with your digital ticket and payment receipt

    B. FINISH FILLING OUT ANY REMAINING FIELDS

    C. CLICK SUBMIT

    D. IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLICKING SUBMIT, A POP-UP WILL APPEAR asking you to review and sign your form again - ONCE AGAIN SUBMIT (YOUR SUBMISSION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THIS STEP IS COMPLETED)

    E. Once submitted, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email from The Table Collective (via JotForm) verifying that your RSVP form was received


    After all three steps are completed — your RSVP form, background check approval, and Eventbrite ticket purchase — you’ll receive an official welcome email from The Table Collective confirming that your seat has been saved at The Table.

    Each Tablemate acknowledges that these events are designed for individuals who have taken time for healing and self-work following past relationships, and who now desire to build connections rooted in faith, integrity, and purpose.

  • TTC Background Check Consent

     By attending, you understand and agree that:

    • A one-time (non-refundable $25 fee) background check is required for participation to attend a Come to the Table event & is payable directly to SafeScreener.
    • In an honest attempt to curate a secure environment built on trust, TTC retains sole discretion in determining attendance eligibility based on screening results.
    • Approval decisions are based solely on the safety, integrity, and alignment with the mission of the community — never on race, gender, or personal identifiers unrelated to safety.
    • If an applicant is not approved to attend their CTT Event, the $75 ticket fee charged will be refunded, however the separate cost of the background check will not.
    • TTC WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER alonog with your background check report.
    • Any sensitive information submitted is handled directly by SafeScreener and protected under strict confidentiality protocols.

     SafeScreener, our TTC selected secure 3rd party platform has been registered in IL in good standing since 2004, is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, maintaining an A+ rating & is trusted by faith-based organizations & community networks nationwide.

    $75 CTT Tickets include hors d’oeuvres, a curated signature cocktail/mocktail, live music & an evening of intentional, meaningful connection!

    Check-in begins at 6:15 PM. Event starts promptly at 6:30 PM & ends at 9:00 PM.

    Transportation & Parking:
    CTT Tablemates are responsible for their own transportation to and from the CTT Event. Parking is limited and not guaranteed—TTC, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and venue partners are not liable for parking-related issues, vehicle damage, or delayed arrival.

     Venue Accessibility Notice:
    While the historic Brinkerhoff Mansion is working toward improved accessibility, the venue is currently limited in ADA accommodations. A ramp and designated parking are planned but not yet installed. Note: Previous event attendees at The Brinkerhoff Mansion have attended with personal assistance. If you have accessibility questions, please contact us via email in advance at welcome@thetablecollective.com so we can support your experience.

    CTT Event Recommended Attire: * Themed event attire as per post *
    Date-Night Smart; polished & put-together. Think stylish but comfortable — not overly casual, not overly formal. Come as the best version of your everyday self. 

    Atmosphere:
    Expect a warm, welcoming mix of mingling and guided connection. You'll enjoy live music, hors d’oeuvres, and a premium drink/signature cocktail/mocktail (one included - with a max of two alcoholic beverages per CTT Tablemate). 

    Privacy & Matching:
    You’ll receive a CTT Table Tell - a discreet and lighthearted way to mark who you’d like to see again. After the event, mutual matches will be privately shared via email.

    TTC/CTT Emergency Contact:
    If something prevents your attendance the day of your designated CTT Come to the Table event, please don't hesitate to call and/or text TTC at (773) 304-8040. This number is monitored during TTC event hours only.

  • CTT Tablemate Agreement & Acknowledgment
    By registering for a Come to the Table event hosted by The Table Collective (TTC), each Tablemate understands and agrees to the following:

    Code of Conduct
    • Treat one another with kindness, dignity, and respect.
    • Arrive on time, engage fully, and uphold TTC’s values.
    • Keep phones silenced and tucked away during the event. (Emergencies may be handled outside. No photos inside the mansion.)
    • Limit alcoholic beverages to two (tracked by the bartender).
    • Avoid sharing personal contact info during the event to protect privacy.
    • Speak to TTC staff immediately if you ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
    • Understand that violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
    • Recognize that TTC staff and discreet security are present to maintain a respectful environment. respectful environment.

    Respect for the Historic Venue
    • The Brinkerhoff Mansion is a historic property with valuable architectural and structural elements.
    • Please refrain from touching or sitting on items behind glass cabinetry or on display.
    • Report any accidental damage — whether caused or witnessed — to a TTC staff member immediately.

    Waiver, Disclaimers & Participant Agreement
    • Participation is voluntary and may involve personal risk. TTC, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and venue partners are not liable for any outcomes related to participation or post-event contact.
    • Completion and approval of a background check are required for participation.
    • Attendees are responsible for managing their own dietary needs and allergies, and TTC and its venue partners are not liable for any food-related reactions or health issues.
    • TTC reserves the right to deny participation or remove any attendee whose conduct, behavior, or screening results conflict with community values.
    • TTC cannot guarantee compatibility, even with background checks.
    • Event tickets are non-refundable; however, TTC may issue a one-time credit toward a future event when applicable. Credits are not guaranteed for no-shows or late cancellations.
    • Each Tablemate is responsible for their own alcohol consumption and any related effects or decisions before, during, or after the event.
    • No solicitation is permitted during TTC events unless expressly approved in advance.
    • In cases of illness, weather, or emergencies, TTC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events; credits will be offered for future attendance when applicable.
    • TTC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee at its discretion if behavior or screening results compromise safety or the mission of the community.

    Media & Photography
    • Photos may be taken during events for promotional use by TTC.
    • Every effort will be made to avoid capturing private or unflattering moments.
    • If you prefer not to appear in event photography, please notify TTC in writing prior to your scheduled event.

    Confidentiality & Data Security
    • All personal information submitted to TTC is handled with strict confidentiality.
    • TTC does not store or retain any sensitive background information.
    • All screening data is securely managed by SafeScreener.
