FBI Background Check Processing Agreement
By submitting this form, I authorize Bossred Notary Solutions to process my FBI background check for the purpose of apostille or consular legalization, based on the destination country’s requirements.

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

My FBI background check must be an original or an official digital copy issued directly by the FBI.
Government processing fees are included in the base service selected.
Additional services, such as translation or international shipping, will be billed separately and must be paid in full before final delivery.
Complimentary FedEx 2-Day return shipping is included for U.S. addresses only.
Bossred Notary Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including mail carriers, the U.S. Department of State, or foreign embassies.
Full payment is required prior to document processing.
Cancellations must be submitted within 1 hour of form submission. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Turnaround time is estimated at 10–12 business days, but may vary depending on the requirements of the receiving country’s embassy or consulate.
