2 Payment Terms
Total Fee: The total service fee will be included in the email that will be sent to the cliant.
Deposit: To secure the service date, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total fee. This deposit is due within 14 days of signing this Agreement. The deposit will be applied toward the total service fee.
Final Payment: The remaining balance representing the 2nd 50% is due at least 45 days on [Date] before the Event date, Client can pay the full amount any time before the 45 days as stated above. Failure to pay the full amount before that time will be considered a breach of contract, and the Client forfeits the retainer fee of $250 paid to TheBlessed Rosie's LLC and might also forfeit the service unless arrangement is made prior to the 45 days above.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes/Modifications
1. Retainer Fee:
A non-binding retainer fee of $250 is required to reserve your event date. This fee is refundable only after the completion of the event and requested services. If the service is canceled at any time, this retainer is refundable.
2. Deposit and Payment Terms:
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service cost is due upon signing the contract.
The remaining balance is due at least 45 days prior to the event date.
3. Client Cancellations:
More than 45 Days Prior: If cancellation occurs more than 45 days before the event, and the full payment has already been made, the client is eligible for a 50% refund of the total service amount.
Within 45 Days of the Event: If cancellation occurs within 45 days of the event date, no refunds will be issued.
4. Date and Location Changes:
If the Client needs to change the event’s date and/or location, TheBlessed Rosie's LLC will make every effort to accommodate the request. Any significant changes may be subject to additional charges and are not guaranteed.
5. Modifications to Services:
Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services must be made in writing (via email, conference call, or in person) and approved by both parties. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
6. Credit Toward Future Events:
At the sole discretion of TheBlessed Rosie's LLC, payments made may be applied as credit toward a future event within 3 months of the original event date.
Service Provider Cancellation:
Full Refund: In the unlikely event that the Service Provider must cancel the service, a full refund will be issued for any payment made by the Client.
4. Liability
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TheBlessed Rosie's LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Event.
The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or venue restrictions.
5. Property and Materials All decor materials supplied by TheBlessed Rosie's LLC remain the property of the Service Provider. The Client must ensure that these items are returned/picked up in their original condition. The Client will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
6. Insurance The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for the Event. The Service Provider, TheBlessed Rosie's LLC, recommends event liability insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of Georgia.
8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
