Camp Shirt Order Form
Please use this form to order additional St. Jerome Summer Camp T-Shirts (this is in addition to the one shirt that each child receives). Shirts will be ready for the first day of camp. Shirts are worn on trip days and may be worn on any other day of camp. Students of St. Jerome School may also wear the camp t-shirts on the monthly spirit days. All additional shirt orders are due by Friday, April 17th to have our entire order ready for the parent meeting in May.
