"The Journey Through the Cycles and Phases"
Training Tasks
• Complete the ‘Foundations of Digital Entrepreneurship’ Course
• Pass the final exam with 80% or higher
• Submit all required reflections and onboarding forms
• Receive a $100 reward upon completion of Cycle 0
Training Overview
All participants (“Trainees”) who access or utilize the services of OSIRIX.AI, Creative X Society LLC, or any of its associated entities, are required to complete a mandatory multi-phase training program (the “Training”). This Training is designed to establish a working understanding of the internal systems, performance expectations, compensation structure, and professional responsibilities associated with remote work, digital operations, and entrepreneurial development.
Cycle 0 – Foundations Training
Get introduced to the system, unlock your first reward, and prepare for real work.
Phases:
TERRA 0 – Orientation & onboarding. Learn how the platform works, meet your team, and complete your application.
IGNIS 0 – First steps & setup. Complete your tasks, activate your EtherSheet, and earn your $100.
AERA 0 – Communication & alignment. Understand your “why,” begin sharing the opportunity with others.
AQUA 0 – Readiness & consistency. Finish all reflections, confirm understanding, and prepare for specialist training.
Cycle 1 – Specialist Onboarding
Get trained as a Specialist, build your team, and learn the onboarding system.
Phases:
TERRA 1 – Department Orientation. Learn how all 5 departments work and where you might fit in.
IGNIS 1 – System Mastery. Learn how to guide new members through onboarding.
AERA 1 – Team Building. Start building your AER team and mentoring new trainees.
AQUA 1 – Active Leadership. Take initiative, complete your checklist, and prepare for placement.
Cycle 2 – Career Placement
Choose your department, build your financial plan with osirix, and start working. Finishing the first two cycles of training guaruntees you 15 hours of job security. Meaning regardless of your performance we allow you to get used to the system. We recomend you work your first 15 hours and decide if this company is the right fit for you.
Phases:
TERRA 2 – Role Selection. Choose your department (Admin, Marketing, Nightlife, Business, or Tech).
IGNIS 2 – Goal Planning. Work with a specialist to create your financial plan.
AERA 2 – Job Execution. Start completing tasks and earning in your chosen department.
AQUA 2 – Consistency & Advancement. Track performance, hit your benchmarks, and unlock long-term roles.
Frequency
At any point in the process, your Frequency tells us where you are.
Example: If you’re in AERA Phase of Cycle 1, your frequency = AERA 1
The higher your frequency, the more trust, rewards, and access you unlock.
Commission Structure
• 20% of sales using your referral or assistance
• Temporary Shares - $1,350 total per share overtime using the temporary share system "Refer to the about page on our website".
• $30/HR Base Pay if you are hired. Work up to 40 hours per week.
Afiliate Referral Rewards
When you refer new Digital Operations Specialists and help them succeed:
• Receive additional team-based bonuses. $5.00 USD when a member starts training $5.00 USD when they complete the training.
• Unlock promotions and leadership roles inside the OSIRIX system
Bi-weekly Payouts
• All commissions are paid out bi-weekly on Sunday evening
• OSIRIX will track your progress, referrals, and approved earnings. You will recieve a full report.
• You are responsible for submitting weekly tracker updates to receive payouts
Final Notes
You are in control of your earnings. Our platform is based on profit sharing. The more you invite, activate, and duplicate, the faster your rewards grow. Remember after your training there is another on boarding process if we choose to officially hire you for your base pay. Stay consistent, stay accountable, and lean into the OSIRIX community for support and growth.
Acknowledgment
By participating in this program, Trainee acknowledges that they understand and accept the structure of Training, including the progression through Cycles and Phases, and the use of Frequency as a performance and status indicator. Trainee agrees to complete all required tasks in good faith and adhere to the guidance provided by their assigned onboarding partner and executive specialist.
