BETA TESTING DISCLAIMER

By joining Creative X Society and using OSIRIX.AI, you acknowledge that our digital ecosystem is currently operating in an active beta phase. As a founding member, you receive early access to OSIRIX tools, features, upgrades, and future releases as they continue to evolve.

This means you are participating in a live creator economy experiment where systems, features, missions, rewards, and tools may be updated or improved in real time.

As a beta member, you understand and agree to the following:

• You are accessing an experimental software environment that may change, update, or improve as feedback is gathered.
• You may experience temporary bugs, adjustments, or feature limitations during testing.
• You are encouraged to provide feedback because your insights help shape the final version of OSIRIX and the CXS platform.
• You are joining as a creator and participant — not as an employee, contractor, or staff member.

As part of this beta experience, you gain:

• Direct access to the founder for suggestions, insights, and improvement requests.
• Early access to new creator tools, earning systems, and missions.
• A personalized path inside the OSIRIX ecosystem based on your goals, performance, and engagement.
• A wealth strategy plan generated by OSIRIX based on your activity, goals, and training progress.

TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

By becoming a member of Creative X Society and using OSIRIX.AI, you agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Access

Your monthly membership fee grants access to software tools, training, missions, community systems, and creator resources. You receive continued updates and improvements as part of the beta phase.

2. Not Employment

You acknowledge that your membership does not create an employer–employee relationship. You are joining as a creator, learner, and participant in the ecosystem. All earning opportunities inside the platform are based on performance, activity, content missions, marketplace sales, and engagement.

3. No Guaranteed Income

All earnings depend on your consistency, skill development, and completion of missions or marketplace activity. There is no guaranteed income or promise of employment.

4. Community Participation

You agree to participate respectfully within the CXS community. Attendance at community calls, meetings, or trainings may be recommended but is not mandatory for membership.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once access to tools, materials, or private links has been granted. Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed billing error or fraud.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All internal documents, scripts, tools, training materials, and systems are confidential. You agree not to publish, share, leak, or redistribute any platform content publicly or privately outside the approved spaces.

USER AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By continuing, you confirm that you understand and agree:

• You are joining as a creator-member, not an employee.
• You understand that income is based on effort, missions, and marketplace activity.
• You understand OSIRIX.AI is in beta and may update or change during your experience.
• You will not file chargebacks or disputes without contacting support first.
• You will follow community guidelines and maintain professional conduct.
• You agree to confidentiality of internal systems and materials.
• You understand that OSIRIX may generate personalized recommendations based on your data, activity, and goals.

By proceeding, you accept these terms and acknowledge your role as a founding member in the OSIRIX + CXS beta ecosystem.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

• Creative X Society LLC d/b/a OSIRIX.AI ("Disclosing Party")
• {name} ("Receiving Party")

Effective Date:{todaysDate}

1. Confidential Information

For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed by the Disclosing Party, including but not limited to:
• Business models and strategies
• System frameworks (e.g., Ether Stream Matrix)
• Creator and client information
• Scripts, documents, tools, and processes
• Financial data, agreements, and compensation details

2. Obligations of Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:
• Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
• Not disclose any such information to third parties without written permission
• Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of executing their responsibilities within OSIRIX.AI

3. Exclusions

This Agreement does not apply to information that:
• Is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party
• Is disclosed with prior written approval from the Disclosing Party
• Is required to be disclosed by law or legal process (with notice to the Disclosing Party when possible)

4. Duration

This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the Receiving Party’s relationship with OSIRIX.AI, and for a period of three (3) years after the termination of that relationship.

5. Return of Materials

Upon termination of their relationship with OSIRIX.AI, the Receiving Party shall return or destroy all documents, notes, and materials containing Confidential Information.

6. Breach & Remedies

Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of Confidential Information will result in immediate removal from OSIRIX.AI systems and may result in legal action for damages, injunctive relief, and/or restitution.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

OSIRIX.AI Training Roadmap

"The Journey Through the Cycles and Phases"

Training Tasks

• Complete the ‘Foundations of Digital Entrepreneurship’ Course
• Pass the final exam with 80% or higher
• Submit all required reflections and onboarding forms
• Receive a $100 reward upon completion of Cycle 0

Training Overview

All participants (“Trainees”) who access or utilize the services of OSIRIX.AI, Creative X Society LLC, or any of its associated entities, are required to complete a mandatory multi-phase training program (the “Training”). This Training is designed to establish a working understanding of the internal systems, performance expectations, compensation structure, and professional responsibilities associated with remote work, digital operations, and entrepreneurial development.

Cycle 0 – Foundations Training

Get introduced to the system, unlock your first reward, and prepare for real work.

Phases:

TERRA 0 – Orientation & onboarding. Learn how the platform works, meet your team, and complete your application.

IGNIS 0 – First steps & setup. Complete your tasks, activate your EtherSheet, and earn your $100.

AERA 0 – Communication & alignment. Understand your “why,” begin sharing the opportunity with others.

AQUA 0 – Readiness & consistency. Finish all reflections, confirm understanding, and prepare for specialist training.

Cycle 1 – Specialist Onboarding

 Get trained as a Specialist, build your team, and learn the onboarding system.

Phases:

TERRA 1 – Department Orientation. Learn how all 5 departments work and where you might fit in.

IGNIS 1 – System Mastery. Learn how to guide new members through onboarding.

AERA 1 – Team Building. Start building your AER team and mentoring new trainees.

AQUA 1 – Active Leadership. Take initiative, complete your checklist, and prepare for placement.

Cycle 2 – Career Placement

Choose your department, build your financial plan with osirix, and start working. Finishing the first two cycles of training guaruntees you 15 hours of job security. Meaning regardless of your performance we allow you to get used to the system. We recomend you work your first 15 hours and decide if this company is the right fit for you.

Phases:

TERRA 2 – Role Selection. Choose your department (Admin, Marketing, Nightlife, Business, or Tech).

IGNIS 2 – Goal Planning. Work with a specialist to create your financial plan.

AERA 2 – Job Execution. Start completing tasks and earning in your chosen department.

AQUA 2 – Consistency & Advancement. Track performance, hit your benchmarks, and unlock long-term roles.

Frequency

At any point in the process, your Frequency tells us where you are.

Example: If you’re in AERA Phase of Cycle 1, your frequency = AERA 1

The higher your frequency, the more trust, rewards, and access you unlock.

Commission Structure

• 20% of sales using your referral or assistance
• Temporary Shares - $1,350 total per share overtime using the temporary share system "Refer to the about page on our website".
• $30/HR Base Pay if you are hired. Work up to 40 hours per week.

Afiliate Referral Rewards

When you refer new Digital Operations Specialists and help them succeed:
• Receive additional team-based bonuses. $5.00 USD when a member starts training $5.00 USD when they complete the training.
• Unlock promotions and leadership roles inside the OSIRIX system

Bi-weekly Payouts

• All commissions are paid out bi-weekly on Sunday evening
• OSIRIX will track your progress, referrals, and approved earnings. You will recieve a full report.
• You are responsible for submitting weekly tracker updates to receive payouts

Final Notes

You are in control of your earnings. Our platform is based on profit sharing. The more you invite, activate, and duplicate, the faster your rewards grow. Remember after your training there is another on boarding process if we choose to officially hire you for your base pay. Stay consistent, stay accountable, and lean into the OSIRIX community for support and growth.

Acknowledgment

By participating in this program, Trainee acknowledges that they understand and accept the structure of Training, including the progression through Cycles and Phases, and the use of Frequency as a performance and status indicator. Trainee agrees to complete all required tasks in good faith and adhere to the guidance provided by their assigned onboarding partner and executive specialist.
