What lives inside you but hasn’t been released yet?
What We Keep Hidden is a book for the words we don’t say out loud. We ALL carry things we've swallowed that don't feel safe to name or share.
This project is extra special to my heart – it’s about expressing the things we carry, the moments, desires, shame, and quiet truths that we often exile and keep hidden within us, and then learning were not the only one. Its about finding connection in our humanness, in our shameful parts. It’s about dissolving unneeded shame we carry as women. This book will be a collection of all our cathartic expressions, for other women to read and find themselves in. There is something extremely powerful about knowing were not alone.

When we open up and share what we've exiled within us, not only do we often find freedom from whatever we've been carrying, we create a ripple effect that allows others to feel seen and heard too.
Thank you for your submission(s) <3
