Attendance & Cancellations:

30-day written notice required for withdrawal; otherwise, the next month’s fees apply.
Less than 24-hour lesson cancellations are not eligible for refunds/make-ups.
Make-up lessons are subject to school discretion.

Fees & Payments:

Payments must be made in advance.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Standing Order, Cash, Card.
Late payments may result in administrative fees and suspension of lessons.

Liability & Belongings:

The school is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
Personal instruments should be clearly labelled.

Health & Safety:

Parents must notify the school of any medical conditions.
Emergency contacts will be used as necessary.

Behaviour Policy:

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
The school reserves the right to suspend students for disruptive behaviour.

Media Policy:

Photos/videos may be taken for educational/promotional purposes.
If you do not consent, check the appropriate box and email confirmation.

Refunds:

No refunds for missed lessons unless cancelled by the school.
Mid-term withdrawals require 30 days’ written notice for potential refunds.
SECTION 8: ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UNDER 18 STUDENTS

Parental/Guardian Responsibilities:

Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of students.
The school is not responsible for students left unattended outside lesson times.

Child Safeguarding Policy:

All staff members are DBS checked.
Any safeguarding concerns will be reported in line with UK child protection laws.

Communication:

All communication regarding minors will be directed to parents/guardians.
Updates on lesson progress and school events will be sent via email or phone.

Supervision:

Students under 18 must not leave the premises during lesson breaks unless authorised by a parent/guardian.
The school reserves the right to contact parents/guardians in case of emergencies.
