Through engaging workshops, inspiring keynote speakers, and community-driven resources, the Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts conference will equip you with tools to care for your mental well-being, connect with others, and grow stronger—together.
Whether you're a student, educator, parent, professional, or community member, this event is open to anyone seeking to better understand and support mental health.
Conference Purpose
Our Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts initiative is grounded in these three guiding goals:

If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to still register and check the box indicating you're interested in a scholarship. While we cannot guarantee funding for everyone, we’ll notify selected recipients closer to the event date.
