    We offer a variety of full-service catering options to suit your event’s unique vision — including plated dinners, buffet-style service, cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres, Remain-On-Site Catering (Guests Self Serve), and full-service staffing. Whether you’re planning a wedding, formal celebration, corporate event, or another special occasion, we’re here to bring your vision to life seamlessly.

  • Full-Service Buffet-Style Catering

    At Best of Both Worlds Cuisine, our full-service buffet-style catering is designed to deliver a seamless, flavorful, and beautifully presented experience from start to finish. Below is a clear breakdown of what’s included in our base package, along with optional upgrades to elevate your event.

    Complete Setup & Breakdown
    We manage every detail of the buffet setup before your event begins and handle all cleanup afterward.

    On-Site Serving Staff
    One server is included to assist with buffet service (hourly rate listed on your invoice). Larger events may require additional staff, which can be added for an extra fee.

    Warming Equipment
    Chafing dishes, water pans, and sternos are provided to ensure food stays hot and presentation-ready.

    Serving Utensils
    All necessary utensils—tongs, serving spoons, ladles, etc.—are included for each dish.

    Printed Buffet Menu
    One 12” x 18” themed menu is provided and customized to match your event. Stands/frames or oversized menus are available for an additional fee.

    Takeout Containers
    Convenient containers are included based on the number of guests listed on your order form.

    Premium décor pricing typically ranges from $75–$250+, depending on the size and scope of setup.

    This flexible option is ideal for clients who want the food beautifully set up and a team member on-site to assist throughout the event—without the full staff of plated or family-style service. It’s a balance between drop-off convenience and light service support.
  •  ✅ What’s Included in Our Base Remain-On-Site Package?

    Setup & Initial Service
    We arrive to set up the buffet or food stations and stay to assist with food replenishment, light cleanup, and ensuring the table stays polished.

    On-Site Catering Assistant
    One to two staff members remains on-site during the event for up to 3 hours (additional time billed hourly).

    Warming Equipment & Utensils
    Chafing dishes, sternos, water pans, and all necessary serving utensils provided.

    Food Table Décor
    Basic food table setup with fitted linens, risers, and simple food label cards.

    Takeout Containers
    Provided for any remaining food at the end of service.

  • 🌍 Out-of-State Catering Policy — Full-Service Catering

    🗺️ Service Eligibility
  • Full-service catering is available in:

    • Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire
    • New York, New Jersey, and other U.S. locations (with advance coordination)

    🚗 Travel, Lodging & Staffing Fees

    Out-of-state bookings may include:

    • Mileage, tolls, parking, or airfare
    • Lodging accommodations (typically 1–2 nights)
    • Per diem for staff (if applicable)
    • Transport of food, supplies, and equipment

    Exceptions: Travel and lodging may be reduced/waived for events within 1.5 hours of Woburn, MA.

    💰 Deposit & Payment Terms

    • 50% deposit required to confirm booking.
    • Deposits are 25% refundable within 5 days of payment.
    • After 5 days, deposits become fully non-refundable.
    • Remaining balance (including approved travel/lodging fees) will be divided into scheduled due dates.
    • Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment and incur a $100 expedited fee.

    📅 Notice Requirement

    Nearby States (RI, CT, NH): May be accepted with shorter notice, subject to expedited fee if within 30 days.

    Extended Regions (NY, NJ, beyond): Must be booked at least 60 days in advance to coordinate travel, accommodations, staffing, and logistics.

    Shorter notice accepted case-by-case with full payment + expedited fee.

    📌 Custom Pricing

    All full-service out-of-state events are custom-quoted based on:

    • Event location
    • Guest count
    • Menu selection
    • Service requirements
    • Formal quotes are provided after consultation.

    ❌ Cancellation Policy

    • If travel or lodging has been arranged, those expenses are non-refundable.
    • Deposits follow the policy above (25% refundable within 5 days of payment).

  • Our full-service event catering packages are per person, pricing varies based on guest count and services requested. Our services include a thoughtfully curated selection of appetizers, entrées, and sides. This base rate encompasses many of our signature dishes and standard service styles.


    Please keep in mind:

    🔹 Premium selections — such as seafood (lobster, shrimp, snapper), specialty red meats (oxtail, lamb), and select preparation methods (such as live grilling at location or individually plated service) — may incur an additional charge.

    🔹 Final pricing may vary depending on your chosen number of protein options, menu complexity, and preferred service style (buffet, plated dinner, Remain-On-Site Catering or cocktail reception).
