Thank you for being part of the BNDRY community. This agreement ensures transparency, shared values, and mutual respect between you (the selected artist or talent) and BNDRY. Please read and acknowledge the following terms:

I agree to participate in BNDRY’s 2025 publication and associated promotional campaigns, including digital, print, and event coverage.
I grant BNDRY permission to use my name, image, likeness, and submitted content across platforms and media for storytelling, campaign promotion, and content distribution.
I agree to share and tag BNDRY in at least one post or story during the campaign period to support cross-promotion.
I agree to attend BNDRY’s end-of-year celebration and recognition event to the best of my ability, and I will communicate with the team if circumstances prevent my attendance.
I agree to collaborate in good faith with BNDRY staff and partners, and to maintain open communication about any concerns or conflicts.
I understand that BNDRY reserves the right to discontinue my inclusion in its campaigns or remove previously agreed-upon content if I take actions that are harmful, discriminatory, or misaligned with BNDRY’s values.
I acknowledge that BNDRY operates on and uplifts Indigenous land, specifically that of the Shoshone-Bannock and Northern Paiute Tribes, and I agree to honor this acknowledgment in all collaborations.
I agree to uphold BNDRY’s values of inclusivity, integrity, mutual aid, and community care in all participation and public representation.
I agree to conduct myself with respect and care during all BNDRY-sponsored events and collaborations.
