🕙 Workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

This one-day experience includes yoga, mindfulness, team challenges, and resilience tools designed to help youth build confidence, reduce stress, and flourish — inside and outside the classroom.

On August 16, 2025, Positively Caviar, Inc. will host an immersive mental wellness workshop experience titled "Flourish & Grow" at the R.I.S.E. Demonstration Center in Washington, D.C. This transformative experience is designed to equip middle school-aged youth with experiential tools rooted in positive psychology to increase well-being, build emotional resilience, and actively disrupt mental health stigmas in their schools and communities.
