The Parties acknowledge the existing damage to the scooter as notated below in the RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The renter agrees to use the scooter solely for lawful purposes, operating it in a safe and responsible manner at all times. Only the renter and any additional authorized drivers listed in this agreement are permitted to operate the scooter. Unauthorized drivers or uses, such as racing or off-road driving, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the agreement.

The scooter is provided to the renter in good condition, except for pre-existing damage listed in the previous section. The renter must return the scooter in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Any additional damage or issues noticed at the time of rental must be reported to the rental company immediately. Failure to do so will result in the renter being held responsible for any subsequent damage.

The scooter is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the scooter is returned without a full tank, the renter will be charged a refueling fee of $5.

The rental includes a mileage allowance of a rate of $ N/A per mile.

The scooter must not be used for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to the transportation of illegal substances or contraband. The scooter must not be driven by any person who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair driving ability. The scooter must remain within the geographic area specified by the rental

The renter must wear appropriate safety gear at all times while operating the scooter, including but not limited to helmets. Failure to wear safety gear may result in injury and is the sole responsibility of the renter.

The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license issued by the state/country of residence. Proof of age and a valid driver's license must be presented at the time of rental.

The renter agrees to park the scooter in legal and safe locations only. The scooter must not be left unattended in areas where it could be at risk of theft, damage, or cause obstruction.

The renter agrees not to operate the scooter in adverse weather conditions (such as heavy rain, snow, or ice) that may make riding unsafe. The renter acknowledges that riding a scooter in such conditions increases the risk of accidents.

The renter is responsible for any traffic tickets, parking fines, or other violations incurred during the rental period.

The rental company will not cover any costs related to such violations, and the renter agrees to indemnify the rental company for any costs incurred as a result of these violations.

The scooter must not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to food delivery or courier services, without the express written consent of the rental company.

The renter acknowledges that the scooter may be equipped with GPS tracking for security and monitoring purposes.

The rental company may use this data to ensure compliance with the rental agreement and for locating the scooter if it is stolen or misplaced.

The RENTER is responsible for the scooter's security during the rental period. In the event of theft, the renter must immediately report it to the local police and the rental company. The renter may be held liable for the full replacement cost of the scooter if it is stolen due to negligence.

The rental company provides basic liability insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage to the scooter not covered by the rental company's insurance. The renter is encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for comprehensive protection. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company from any claims arising out of the renter's use of the scooter.

In the event of a breakdown, the renter must immediately notify the rental company. The rental company will provide assistance. In the event of an accident, the renter must notify the rental company and local authorities immediately and obtain a police report. The renter must cooperate fully with any investigations.

The scooter must be returned on the specified end date and time. If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, they must notify the rental company and obtain approval. Late returns will be subject to additional charges of $35 per hour. The scooter must be returned in the same condition it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

The scooter must be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning fee of $10 will be charged if the scooter is returned dirty or with excessive mess.

Any additional drivers must be listed in this agreement and meet the rental company's requirements.

Additional Driver's Information

The rental company is not responsible for any interruptions to the rental period due to natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond their control. In such cases, the rental company will offer a pro-rated refund or reschedule the rental period, subject to availability.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the renter's use of the scooter, including but not limited to legal fees and costs.

The rental company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the renter violates any terms or conditions. In such cases, the renter must return the scooter immediately. The renter may terminate the agreement by returning the scooter and paying any outstanding charges.

The rental company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the scooter, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PUERTO RICO.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral.

By signing below, the renter acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Scooter Rental Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
