This agreement is made between Fierce & Fearless Entrepreneur, referred to as the Project
Coordinator, and Ciara Lewis, referred to as the Contributor, for participation in the
collaborative book project titled "Fierce & Fearless Phoenix: Rises From The Ashes".

1. Purpose

The Contributor agrees to submit one original chapter for inclusion in the book project
with the theme Fierce & Fearless: Rises From The Ashes is an upcoming anthology celebrating bold women entrepreneurs who have faced the fire—and emerged stronger. Like a phoenix reborn, these unstoppable women turned trials into triumph, pain into purpose, and setbacks into soaring success.

2. Deliverables & Timeline

- Word Count: [1,500words]

- Bio ( 100 words and a high resolution photo)
*Due Date:

-First Draft- October 30th

-pre-Sale- November 13th

-Final Draft- November 14th

-Editing Period- Week of November 20th until October 1st

-Print Draft- November 28th

-Release Date- December 13th

-Podcast Interview- Will book at availability.

-TV Spotlight- Will Book at availability.

-Magazine Interviews/Articles- Anytime before December

- Light The Torch Ceremony ( find a time that works best for all authors or majority)

-Additional items: Bio (100 words), headshot

3. Financial Agreement

-Contribution Fee: $800
-Payment due: Immediately
-This fee covers: Editing, publishing, design,podcasts interview, tv spotlight,Magazine 2 page feature, and one (1) printed copy

4. Rights & Usage

-Contributor retains rights to their individual chapter
-Project Coordinator holds publishing rights to the full compilation
-Contributor may share or republish their chapter 30 days after book release with
proper credit

5. Termination

If a Contributor fails to meet deadlines or payment obligations, their chapter may be excluded from the final book.

6. Promotion

All parties agree to promote the book using provided materials and participate in launch activities to the best of their ability.
