3. Log in to your Synergy account
4. Complete the online form with:
- Site address
- NMI (if known)
- Metering type (e.g. builder’s supply)
- Site contact and job details
5. Submit the form
Option B: Request via Email or Phone

Include the following in your email:
- Your company name and ABN
- Site address
- Site contact details
- Type of connection (Temporary T# or Permanent P#)
- Whether it’s a builder’s supply or meter install only
