  • How to request a New Synergy Energy Connection and receive your P300# (Permanent connection) or T# (Temporary connection)

  • Step 1: Create a Synergy Online Account

  • 1. Go to https://www.synergy.net.au
    2. Click “Log in” (top right), then choose “Register”.
    3. Select “For your home” or “For your business” (choose business for contractor/trade use).

    Note* You can grant authorisation at this stage for Ganzer Electrical to act upon your behalf once the request is finalised and submitted

    4. Fill in the registration form including:
    - ABN (for business)
    - Contact email address
    - Company name and contact details
    5. Set a password and verify your account via the confirmation email.

  • Step 2: Request a New Temporary or Permanent Power Supply/ Connection (P300 or T Number)

  • Option A: Submit Online (Preferred)

    1. Visit https://selfserve.synergy.net.au/new-connection.html##step1
    3. Log in to your Synergy account
    4. Complete the online form with:
       - Site address
       - NMI (if known)
       - Metering type (e.g. builder’s supply)
       - Site contact and job details
    5. Submit the form

    Option B: Request via Email or Phone

    If you prefer manual assistance, contact Synergy directly:
    - Email: newconnections@synergy.net.au
    - Phone: 13 13 53 (Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm)

    Include the following in your email:
    - Your company name and ABN
    - Site address
    - Site contact details
    - Type of connection (Temporary T# or Permanent P#)
    - Whether it’s a builder’s supply or meter install only

  • What Happens Next

  • After submission, you’ll receive a P300 or T reference number from Synergy. The request will be progressed by Synergy and Western Power, and you'll be contacted if further information is needed.

     

    Please send this P300 or T Number via email through to Ganzer Electrical to enable us to complete your permanent meter connection.
